Graduated in Visual Arts in Porto Alegre from UFRGS and PhD at the School of Fine Arts UFRJ. Among her personal exhibitions are Silvia Cintra + Box 4, in Rio de Janeiro (2016), Cosmographies for São Paulo, in the Historical Archive of São Paulo (2015), The Edge the Risk the World: Experiment # 2, not Palace of the Arts in Belo Horizonte (2014).
Collective works were: Arroz sem Sal, Silvia Cintra + Box 4, Rio de Janeiro (2014), Imagine in Brazil, Astrup Fearnley Museet, Oslo (2013), Musée d’Art Moderne de Lyon (2014), no Museum of Modern Art of Qatar (2014), no Tomie Ohtake Institute in São Paulo (2015) and no DHC / Art Foundation for Contemporary Art in Montreal (2015), City as Process, Gallery of the Center for Contemporary Culture in Ekaterinburg , Russia (2012) and the 8th Mercosul Biennial in Porto Alegre-RS (2011). Residence in Montenegro-Colombia (2011). In 2015 she won the ICCo / Sp-Arte Award for Residence FLORA Ars + Natura. In 2017 participates in the International Residency Program 2017 – JA.CA Technology and Technology Center in Nova Lima (MG).
Her research goes through cosmology and the possible relation between it and earthly life, our day to day lives.
